Even though this is a small dealership in a relatively rural area, the service department here is absolutely top-notch. Armando is a wonderful service advisor who is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have service techs who've been there for 20+ years working on Honda vehicles, and that experience shows. They already saved me money ($900+) on repairs that were misdiagnosed by larger corporate dealerships, and they did those repairs faster and were more communicative and transparent throughout the process. I've had some of the smoothest experiences here out of any dealership I've been to, and I trust them more too.

David G. Was very helpful from the beginning. I started looking at vehicles a couple month before my purchase. He was helpful even though I made it clear multiple time that I’m not buying at the moment. He asked if he could stay in contact and how often or when is the best for me. I received a phone call with him just checking in to see if it was time to buy and if not he left me alone, not pushing anything on me. When it was time to buy, we looked at a couple models and found the one I wanted and it was smooth sailing from there. I typically do not like car salesmen like most people but he does the job correctly and looks out for you.

I learned much when I did that type of work & also was taught how they literally slammed or “pounded” customers with a vehicle. That company was only about making $$$ , not repeat customers so it’s no wonder they closed down. I did not like how customers were treated in anyway and left that job beforehand. At age nine I started working with my father whom had much contact every day with his retail customers. My dad was HONEST , let customers know what he had BUT never pushed anything or took more money than his set pricing . He was very kind to his loyal customers and loved what he did. I still strive to be like he was and know that is why he did very well in his 44 years of service to people. At Klamath Falls Honda dealership, I felt they treated me as if I were family and it’s no wonder that they have been so successful year after year.
